Sep 15 ACES Winter Break and Spring semester programs abroad

Sep 20 Campus Winter break programs abroad

Oct 1 Application deadline for campus spring semester programs abroad

Nov 15 Application deadline for ACES study abroad scholarships for Winter Break and Spring semester

Dec 15 Priority application for Summer or Fall abroad programs

Feb 15 Regular application deadline for Summer, Fall, and academic year programs

April 15  Application deadline for ACES study abroad scholarships for Summer and Fall

First Steps Meetings

All students participating in a Study Abroad Office program must attend a First Steps meeting
before scheduling an appointment with a study abroad advisor and before their application
will be reviewed.

First Steps are held:
Monday-Friday
4:00 p.m.
132 Davenport Hall

NOTE: You do not need to schedule a time to attend, but please arrive on time.
Latecomers will not be admitted!!!
